Duties and advantages

The Program department is a team with great radio knowledge and enthusiasm; we have proven our radio stations are loved by countless audience throughout the country. We have turned many of our radio stations into professional formatted stations, in fact, we already created the largest amount of formatted station in this country.

 

Our Task:

I. Production- responsible for all the audio production of daily program and advertising.
II. Creative writing – responsible for copy writing, reviewing and quality control.
III. Artists relations – working hand in hand with major recording companies and the various artists, also responsible for event execution.
IV. Music scheduling – responsible for day to day music scheduling, and quality control.
V. Programming –Creating the iRadio format, and making sure all the stations operate according to the branding. Constant research the local markets and design new products.
VI. Marketing– responsible for VI&PR planning, PR, promotional events and brand development.
